Canenco are soon to start their new in-house service with Collective
On February 1st, Canterbury Environment Company start the first in-house collections for the city’s residents for nearly 30 years.
The service will be managed using Collective, including the very latest in-cab system in the 55-strong vehicle fleet and mobile software for the frontline workforce.
With only four days to complete the entire fleet install our engineers are working through the weekend to get them ready to roll tomorrow.
Better communication with residents and across the entire operation is a key objective of the new service. Online customer services will be driven by live information from the crews and able to quickly respond to issues and requests.
