Overview
Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council have operated under a joint management structure since 2008.
Solution
In 2009 the Councils installed Collective on their fleet of refuse collection vehicles, integrating the system with their Lagan customer contact system and an in-house rounds management database.
Results
The system has since expanded to manage the councils garden waste service and is installed on 29 refuse collection vehicles.
