Waste Management Platform
Collective Communities
Collective Portal provides your residents with an instant view of all their waste and recycling services. The live, on-screen service calendar has real-time updates that track the completion stage of each waste collection, keeping your residents informed and engaged.
Collective’s Resident Portal bridges the gap between councils and communities to encourage positive efforts towards a cleaner, safer environment that residents can be proud of.
Collective Portal: Empowering Your Residents
Collective Portal clearly tracks the progress of waste collections so residents can ensure they have the correct bin out at the right time, whilst also offering updates on potential issues that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road closures etc., to manage expectations and alleviate frustrations.
The Resident Portal allows communities to engage with councils, report any missed bins or additional bins to help with routing, and promotes a better relationship between residents and their council.
Collective Newsfeed
Collective Newsfeed is an optional module for the Resident’s Portal, giving waste and recycling teams new and exciting ways to contact their users quickly, effectively and at very low cost.
Meet Reya
Reya is a cutting-edge virtual assistant designed to revolutionise waste management services. With 24/7 availability, multilingual support, and accurate, real-time information, Reya ensures that residents have access to the information they need, when they need it.
Designed to streamline your waste management operations and enhance resident satisfaction, Reya automates routine enquiries and provides accurate, up-to-date information 24/7, freeing up your staff to focus on more complex tasks and improving overall efficiency.
Operational Excellence
You can see all collection problems reported by operators on the ground, such as contaminated or inaccessible bins, so these cannot be reported as missed by residents, and complaints are easier to handle with real-time feedback. Where collections are delayed due to breakdown, weather or staffing, for example, the calendar will be automatically updated with the rescheduled collection date and time to keep residents informed and happy.
Reporting missed bins is easier than ever with Collective Portal. There are no forms to fill in – the missed bin can be reported in one simple click. Every report is pre-validated to ensure only genuine missed collections can be reported to the waste team for resolution. Damaged or missing containers and other collection problems can also be reported and rectified automatically. Your missed bin policies are user-configured and immediately
implemented in the Portal and any other reporting channels you have.
Collective Portal requires no middleware or coding; the service is hosted securely on our servers, is styled to match your corporate website and uses your existing .gov.uk web domain. Benefit from secure online payment that uses your existing credit and direct debit card payment system. Collective is designed for computers, phones and tablets, and is supported on all major browsers.
Subscription-based services, whether free or paid, are available directly through Collective Portal. You can offer online recurring payments, automated bin delivery and integrated fulfilment of bin tags/labels.
Collective Portal doesn’t require any CRM system or online forums, but it can be integrated with existing forms or ticket-based systems from Jadu and other leading vendors. Integration with leading payment services and compatibility with multiple single-sign-on providers makes Collective Portal the fastest, most modern solution for local authority subscription services.
Collective manages your full estate of litter and dog bins, with either smart labels or live sensors to ensure you know exactly what you have and where it is. Your residents can see the current status and planned works for the bins they use and care about, simply scanning the QR code to see recent and future collections and quickly report problems with any bin.
