The programme is delivered in four phases – starting with an assessment of your current practice and compliance. This is followed by a rapid phase of action and improvement aimed at delivering real benefits in a matter of weeks. In the monitoring phase our safety professionals remotely monitor each of your crews as they work, using onboard video and telematics to efficiently audit crew behaviour. You will receive ongoing support from our team throughout each phase.
Each audit creates a permanent record of good practice and areas for improvement, with regular progress reviews provided every three months.

Our Safer Working Programme can still help you improve safety, even with traditional harddrive recording systems. We can start with an initial assessment and action plan, and then seamlessly transition to full remote monitoring once you’re ready to invest in over-the-air technology.
Getting Started
You can take the service via the GCloud 14 framework or other frameworks. Our experts in safe collections will talk you through the process of improving safety whilst our tech team connects your existing camera and telematics systems to our Control Centre.
Our team will work with you to agree the content of the audits and ensure they match your policies. We will also suggest policy changes to align with industry best practice and legislation.
Our Safer Working Programme team will provide ongoing support throughout the entire programme.
- Assess: Set up the programme and conduct an initial audit of working practices. After a few weeks we will deliver a full report of findings and recommendations.
- Act: Consult internally about the findings and implement improvements. We will use this to measure progress.
- Monitor: Embed safe working into your culture, with permanent, regular monitoring of working practices and compliance with policies.
- Review: Our team will formally report every 3 months on your progress towards Safer Working.
