Residents will have instant online access to their waste services as the council implement Collective Portal
Swindon Council has chosen to add Collective Portal to their existing Collective platform. This aims to make their services more accessible to residents.
Collective Portal will give residents online access to their waste and recycling collections, including garden waste, missed bins and other commonly used services.
Collective Portal is a single-source solution which does not require any integration with CRM systems or the council’s website. It can be implemented quickly and at a much lower cost than traditional multi-vendor systems. Key business rules and service parameters are maintained through the admin control panel with zero code.
Fareham Borough Council were the first to implement Collective Portal, with their system going fully live on 1st September 2021 (read more).
