40 refuse vehicles will be equipped with the latest technology to improve collections
After a through tendering process, Swindon Borough Council has awarded Bartec the contract for their waste collections management system for an initial three year period.
Swindon’s fleet of 40 refuse collection vehicles will be fitted with the Collective in-cab information system, ensuring that crews are guided through their routes safely and efficiently.
Collective will be live in just a few weeks, providing real-time information about the progress of work and valuable information to continuously improve operational safety and efficiency.
