Lee Houghton

Training Manager

Lee Joined the company in 2020 to manage and maintain the company’s product Training delivery for customers; his remit is to deliver engaging and effective both on-site and remotely adapting content to suit the customers’ needs. His role is also responsible for maintaining documentation, as well as supporting the projects and sales team where required.

Lee is an accredited Learning & Development Professional and holds a TAP Diploma in Learning & Development. He reports to Trudy in the Projects Team. Lee is also a keen sports fan and a dedicated (long suffering) supporter of Liverpool FC.

Lee acts as your key point of contact for everything Training related and is happy to help with all things Collective!
