Steve joined Bartec in late 2023 as Sales Account Manager for the North of England and Scotland. He looks after existing customers across the region while developing new business opportunities, delivering both in‑person and online product demonstrations, and supporting tenders and contracts whenever needed.
With over 20 years’ experience in the waste industry, Steve brings a deep understanding of Local Authorities and waste sector operations. He began his career in 2006 with Wybone Limited, selling litter bins and street furniture, before moving into roles with Egbert Taylor as Area Business Manager and Leafield Environmental as Business Development Manager. Outside of work, Steve is a keen football fan and follows his local team, Barnsley, with his dad, Derrick, an ex‑professional striker who played for Barnsley in the early 1980s.
