This course will introduce you to CollectiveX and how it is used in-cab by drivers and crew, with particular emphasis on individual collections from commercial premises, bulky waste collections from individual households, bin deliveries and other ancillary jobs.
Training includes driver login, walk-around vehicle checks and an introduction to high-density domestic collections, followed by a detailed look at job-mode collections including routing, navigation, confirming completion, recording exceptions and gathering photographs.
This course is delivered remotely on Zoom, and runs on 7th March 2024
