Session 2 Attributes

Attributes give information to crews and back office staff, are you keeping your attributes clear and relevant?

In this session you will learn how to prioritise attributes and ensure the crews get the clearest information to support their work. Use reports and automated expiry dates to review the relevance of existing attributes. We will look at how to ensure crews confirm all critical attributes when completing a street and consider different ways that attributes can be used to inform both crews and back office.

This is an interactive session lead by our Customer Success Manager, where participants can share how they use these functions to improve their waste and recycling services.

This session focuses on Attributes and is for members of the team who use collective daily, waste managers and crew members.

This course is delivered remotely via Zoom, and runs on 19th April 2024
