Session 1 Crew Events

Events enable your crews to keep you informed of what’s happening on the ground, are you using them to their full potential?

In this session you will look at ways to prioritise events or show them only to the relevant crews, simplifying the reporting process. Consider how you process events once reported by the crew including automated processes such as delivering a bin when one is damaged, or raising further actions for repeated events such as contamination.

This is an interactive discussion lead by our Customer Success Manager, where participants can share how they use these functions to improve their waste and recycling services. It is aimed at members of the team who use Collective daily, Waste managers and crew members. You will meet with other users and councils and look at core functionality within Collective.
