Amber Valley Norse is a long term partnership between Amber Valley Borough Council and Norse Group, using Collective to manage domestic and commercial collections
Norse operate waste collection contracts across the UK and began implementation of Collective to their Amber Valley service in 2020. The system will cover the full range of domestic and commercial collections and automated garden and bulky waste collections.
Collective is installed on 20 refuse collection vehicles to provide real-time, two-way communication between refuse crews and team leaders.
